L Street Lofts
L Street Lofts needed a modern and urban inspired logo for their high end loft development in downtown Sacramento. Their logo needed to be recognizable across a vast assortment of mediums including wine labels, airport displays and billboards. The geometric style L's combined with the simplistic style font portrays the desired modern feel. The logo was designed to be a light green color but also looks compelling in black and white and gray scale.
Los Cielos Estates
Los Cielos Estates wanted to update their logo and make it more vibrant with a better representation of Costa Rica. The flamboyant and colorful toucan was used as the main image for the new Los Cielos Estates logo because it is the most recognizable bird in all of Central America. The banana leaf relates to the vast vegetation surrounding their properties. This vibrant logo delivered what Los Cielos Estate wanted and represents their properties and target market well.
Core Reality Logo
Core Reality wanted a bright logo that would stand out yet was simple enough that they could add it to a variety of marketing pieces. The orange colored “C” with a black core met their objectives of being bright and simple. A branding package with matching business cards, letterhead and envelops was developed using their logo and their brand orange.
Stitch Space is an urban development company that works with property owners to build alley units adjacent to existing properties. Stitch Space wanted a logo that captured the inner city feel of their alley units. Brand Identity was able to modify one of their unit sketches to create a logo that truly captures what they do.
Hidden Gem is a jewelry company focused on uplifting and encouraging women everywhere. Hidden Gem desired a logo that captured their urban roots but was elegant with fun girly accents. The main swirl incorporated a gem to portray the meaning of Hidden Gem. The pink colors made this logo feminine while still being bold. The swirl design was created to stand alone or to be used with their entire name.
Natural Health Clinic
Natural Health clinic wanted a logo that was simple and clean but would help people remember their name. The bold use of their letters helps develop saturation of their brand name. The monochromatic color helps keep their logo simple while being green and earthy.
Matching business cards, letterhead, envelopes, and gift certificates were also created.
Caldwell Legal needed a logo that portrayed their professionalism as well as their history in the pre-paid legal industry. They wanted to incorporate imagery that portrayed their legal background but did not want to use icons that was associated with their competitors.
Their final logo uses a legal pillar that incorporates the Ls in their names with a professional blue and gray color scheme. Matching business cards, letterhead, and envelopes were also developed creating a consistent brand for them.
