Aqua Source
After Aqua Source’s name change and logo redevelopment they needed a consistent brand for their website and marketing materials.
An eight page brochure and product folder was created to help distribute product materials and give an over of the company. The cover of this folder is shown on the left. Keeping with this design a magazine advertisement was created for industry publications shown on the right.
Snell Memorial Foundation
Snell Memorial Foundation needed to create new motorcycle and bicycle helmet brochures that would outline the importance of helmet safety as well as information about the foundation. Both of these brochures had a large amount of content but by spreading it across multiple panels and balancing it with pictures and images the brochures do not look cluttered. Using helmet imagery from different sports and activities these brochure are relatable to varied personality types with different lifestyles.
L Street Lofts
L Street Lofts had a great deal of advertising needs. Shown here is a display ad for the Sacramento Airport and two postcard designs. The goal of these advertisements was to sell the neighborhood and the lifestyle as well as the loft properties. At the time of production, the Lofts building was still in construction which made it necessary to use imagery from the area and 3D renderings to give the modern design feel of the development.
Madsen Roof Company
Madsen Roof Company needed black and white advertisements for event programs they were sponsoring. The use striking imagery that related to the event they were able to draw attention to their services.
California Energy Commission
The California Energy Commission needed to develop a 200 plus page policy report. In addition to the cover, coordinating table of contents, chapter headings, interior pages and specialized graphs needed to be created . The overall design needed to convey a green image and used pictures that covered their service industries.
Los Cielos Estates
Los Cielos Estates wanted a brochure that outlined Costa Rica’s diverse culture and nature and well as Los Cielos investment properties opportunities. Vibrant images from Costa Rica’s wild life, tropical jungles and oceans were used to showcase the country’s beauty. This sixteen page brochure featured information on the country, the surrounding nature, the COsta Rican cutlure, their properties and more.
Caribe Town Resort
Caribe Town in Costa Rica desired a brochure for their hotel. The use of natural wood beams combined hotel pictures and images of Costa Rica allowed them to highlight their exotic surroundings, natural architecture and laid back attitude. This brochure was distributed in the United States and Costa Rica.
